Job Description: Chat Support Executive
Location: Sector 62, Noida
Salary: 15,000 per month (Undergraduates) / 16,000 per month (Graduates)
Working Hours: Any 9-hour shift between 6:00 AM 12:00 AM
About the Role
We are hiring Chat Support Executives who are fluent in English and can provide excellent customer service through online chat platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure follow-ups when needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Meet performance targets related to response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Undergraduate (UG) or Graduate.
- Salary: 15,000 for UG / 16,000 for Graduates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Typing speed and accuracy will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts within the 6 AM 12 AM window.
- Prior experience in customer/chat support preferred but not mandatory.
