Job Description

    • Exp level: Fresher to 8 months Experience.

      Job Location: Pune (Wakad)

      Salary: 16k to 18k CTC

      Employment: Permanent Full time

       Skills required:

      • Any Bachelors degree 
      • Time management and learning skills
      • Computer proficiency, particularly with spreadsheet.
      • Good decent English Communication skills.

       Job Description :

    • Purchasing consumables items and Negotiate with prices of raw materials, products, and supplies
    • Create and release purchase orders to suppliers.
    • Track incoming orders.
    • Maintain the Expense sheet and manage the daily office expenses promptly and sharing details to accounts.
    • Managing housekeeping department.
    • Should be trustworthy.
    • Maintaining Daily/weekly basis Supplier Rating Report and Inward - Outward  Register.
    • To maintain the data of all suppliers for evaluation and reevaluation
    • To seek the quotations from suppliers
    • Follow up for material to supplier and subcontractor.
    • Good is MSOffice tools.
    • Should be attentive and proactive.
    • Will closely assisting HR Manager.
