We are hiring Customer Support Executives for Airtel's Email & Chat Semi-Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries through email, chat, and limited voice support, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to quality standards.
Handle customer queries via Email, Chat, and voice.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Follow process guidelines and quality standards
Document customer interactions properly
Net Take Home: As per company norms
Shift: General Day Shift
Week Off: Rotational
Languages: Good communication skills in English & Tamil
Qualification: Any Degree or 10+2+3 Diploma
(15 years of education is mandatory.)
Experience: Any domain experience can be considered
