We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Executive fluent in French and English to handle customer queries and provide excellent support across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via Call
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
• Communicate clearly in French and English
• Maintain customer records and follow support processes
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
  

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English (written & verbal)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Prior customer support experience preferred
• Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
