Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice process or similar roles (customer care/customer service).
Strong English language proficiency for effective communication with international clients.
Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts as per business requirements.
Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex customer queries independently.
