Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding.
- Issue HR letters: offer, appointment, confirmation, increment, experience, and relieving.
- Coordinate payroll processing, salary structures, F&F settlements, leave encashment, and gratuity records.
- Manage statutory compliances: PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and audit support.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee data in HRMS/ESS.
- Handle employee queries and support employee relations.
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles and HR policy implementation.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of HR operations and Indian labor laws
- Payroll and statutory compliance exposure
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / MBA (HR) or equivalent
- 1-2 years of HR operations experience preferred
