Shift: Night Shift
Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound international technical support calls
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (including printer configuration and support)
Provide accurate and timely technical solutions to customers
Perform up-selling and cross-selling during customer interactions
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately
Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience Requirements
Minimum 1+ year experience in International Technical Support
Mandatory experience in Up-selling & Cross-selling
Hands-on experience with real-time technical support (hardware & software)
Experience handling inbound technical support calls
Compensation & Benefits
Experienced Candidates: 4.5 LPA
Freshers: 3 LPA
Two-way cab facility available (up to 35 KM)
If cab facility is not opted, 4,000 will be added to salary
