Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to manage and improve production operations in our machine shop. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring productivity, quality, and timely delivery of products while maintaining safety and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control daily production activities

• Monitor CNC and conventional machining operations

• Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met

• Maintain quality standards and reduce rejection and rework

• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and store departments

• Prepare production reports, MIS, and documentation

• Implement process improvement and cost reduction initiatives

• Ensure compliance with safety and 5S standards

Candidate Profile

Qualification:

• BE Mechanical / Diploma Mechanical

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years in machine shop / manufacturing industry

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of machining processes and tools

• Production planning and scheduling knowledge

• Basic quality control and inspection methods

• Understanding of engineering drawings and measuring instruments

• Good communication and team management skills
