Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Task Description: Project Overview: We provide round-the-clock monitoring and incident resolution to ensure uninterrupted operations, minimizing downtime and enhancing SLA.

Technologies:

SQL: Able to write DDL and DML queries and aware of concepts like joins, aggregate functions, cases.

CI/CD Tools: Github to debug the code and Jenkins for the deployments

knowledge on MW components, Linux OS, Networking, Microservices and ITIL processes , Scripting

Experience with supporting Java, Spring based applications and understanding on web technology

Experience with supporting multi-tier infra

Cloud Knowledge: Azure

Crreative, problem-solving skills and ability to work conceptually

Exp: 4-10 Yr (expected)

Work Result: Production Support for Portal Application
