Oracle Fusion Erp Financial Application - Ap Fa Professional @ Infobeans

We are seeking an Oracle FusionCloud ERP (ERP) functional support to help implementing key Financialinitiatives on the Oracle platform due to rapid growth in XXX legal entitiesand ledgers, including the formation of Bank Holding Company and GroupCompanies. Having a solid finance andaccounting business awareness, a key competency of the role will be theability to develop a thorough understanding of our financial business needsand translate them into application and operational requirements within theOracle Fusion Cloud ERP family. The individual will then call upon his/hertechnical and functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP to deliverapplication design, module configuration/setup, user acceptance testing, andend-user training. Project Managementacross the full SDLC is a plus for this position. The scope of the role supports financialbusiness users in North America and EMEA locations.

Position Responsibilities/Duties

• Provide functional support forOracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules (mainly on Payables, Fixed Assets, SLA, Reporting OTBI, FRS, SmartView) for North America and EMEA
• Analyze, design, configure andtest Oracle Financials enhancements to support business processes
• Lead in Oracle Fusion Financialsprojects involving configuration, implementation, testing and user training
• Liaise across IT domains todeliver Oracle Fusion ERP functionality including but not limited toinfrastructure engineering, database, security and operations support
• Provide day to day support ofthe Oracle Fusion ERP environment including applying periodic patches,reporting requirements, ad-hoc requests from business and production systemsupport
• Continuously reviewsopportunities for improvement in how Oracle Fusion ERP platform is leveraged,and brings best practices to the forefront
• Must be able to producedetailed system requirements specifications, data flow diagrams, test plans,swim lane and process diagrams using standardized documentation methods Ensure that proposed solutionscomply with the companys technology direction
• Ensure compliance withcompanys change and security policies
• Work closely with Oracledevelopment team (internal and external) in the creation and validation ofuser interfaces and functional/non-functional requirements
• Provide general technicalsupport for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system and user training Late night production supportand weekend implementation work will be requiredEnd user requirements management (20%)Designing, configuring, developing, testing, and improving Oracle Financialsplatform

Experience/Knowledge Requirements

• Demonstrated hands on technical understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP concepts and generalmodule functionality
• Good finance and accountingknowledge
• Ability to clearly describeend-to-end business processes and the key integration points, workcross-functionally across different business processes within an organization,and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams
• Strong analytical, written,and verbal communication skills
• Oracle Property Manager knowledge a plus
• ProjectManagement skills using MS Project a plus

Required Skills/Abilities

• Must have Oracle Fusion CloudERP implementation experience with a number of Financial Modules such as,Assets, Payables, SLA and etc
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive consensus and absorb and present complex ideas in asuccinct and accurate manner
• Have a team oriented approach
• Minimum 5 years of experiencein Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience is a must
• Experience in finance andaccounting industry a plus
• Should have strong English communication and writing skills
• Ability to work independentlyand as part of a team
• Excellent troubleshooting andproblem solving abilities
• Must be willing to work in anenergetic, fast paced and team-oriented development environment
• Ability to manage multiplepriorities effectively is a necessity Functional level support andleadership in identifying and implementing new Financial modules
• Minimum 3+ year TOAD/SQL experience is a must
• University Degree/Preferably in a field related to computerscience/software engineering or finance/accounting
• Oracle Financials certification a plus

Skills and Special Requirements (heavy lifting, excessive overtime, etc.)

Must be willing to work some weekends and late nights to support production, upgrades,changes, and user support via on-call rotation.Some travel approximately 5%.
