Job Description
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conducting thorough market research to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable conditions for the company.
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and logistics, to forecast procurement needs.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and prepare reports for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform sourcing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
