Role & responsibilities

1. Issuing, reissuing, or canceling tickets booked with credit points through reservation or loyalty program systems. and checking available credit points, expiry dates, blackout dates, and redemption conditions before confirming bookings.

2. Redeeming airline, travel, or loyalty credit points to issue tickets according to customer eligibility and program rules.

3. Guide on the best use of credit points, partial redemptions, upgrades, or point-plus-cash options.

4. Handling discrepancies such as missing points, failed redemptions, or system errors by coordinating with loyalty program support teams.

5. Manage international Hotel booking when required.
