Job Description:
We are looking for a QC Data Operator with strong MS Excel skills to support the Quality Control team. The primary responsibility of this role is accurate data entry and stock maintenance related to QC activities, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter QC-related data accurately into Excel and internal systems
- Maintain and update QC stock records (raw material, in-process, finished goods)
- Record inspection results, test data, and QC reports
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare basic QC and stock reports using Excel
- Coordinate with QC and production teams for data validation
- Maintain proper documentation and filing as per QC standard
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, formulas, sorting, filtering)
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, email)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good typing speed
- Basic understanding of QC processes is an advantage
Qualifications:
- Graduate / Diploma (any stream)
- Fresher or up to 2 years of relevant experience in data entry or QC support
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Able to handle confidential QC data responsibly
- Willing to learn QC documentation and compliance requirements
- Willing to relocate to Noida or a belongs to NoidDepartment: Quality Control (QC) Experience: Fresher to 2 Years Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month Location: sec 85, Noida Employment Type: Full-time
