About the Role

We are hiring Senior Performance Engineers with strong handson expertise in performance testing, monitoring, diagnostics, and performance engineering for large-scale enterprise applications. Candidates with deep understanding of tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and CloudWatch are encouraged to attend the walkin.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Performance Engineering lifecycle planning, scripting, execution, and reporting
• Work with business/technical teams to understand performance bottlenecks
• Perform load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing
• Analyse application performance using APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic)
• Perform production data modelling for lower environments
• Conduct performance assessments of enterprise applications
• Debug and analyse performance issues in distributed systems
• Collaborate with architects to design high-availability and scalable solutions

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of handson performance engineering experience
• Strong scripting and analysis skills
• Experience with API & Mobile App performance testing
• Good cloud knowledge (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
