Job Title: Staff Augmentation Specialist / Vendor Management Staff Augmentation
Experience: 68 Years
Work Location: RGA Tech Park (Work From Office)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner or Max 15 Days
Reporting To: Head Staff Augmentation
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced professional to support the Staff Augmentation team, with strong exposure to vendor onboarding, contract renewals, purchase order management, and resource exit coordination. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, vendors, and finance/procurement teams to ensure smooth workforce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vendor onboarding for new staff augmentation partners
- Handle contract renewals and ensure timely extensions and compliance
- Create, track, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in coordination with procurement and finance teams
- Act as a single point of contact for vendors on operational and contractual matters
- Coordinate with stakeholders on resource onboarding, extensions, and exits
- Ensure smooth offboarding and exit formalities for resources, including documentation and access closure
- Maintain accurate records related to vendors, contracts, POs, and resource lifecycle
- Work closely with business, HR, finance, legal, and vendor partners to resolve issues efficiently
Required Skills & Experience
- 68 years of experience in Staff Augmentation / Vendor Management / Workforce Operations
- Strong experience in contract renewal and PO generation
- Hands-on experience with vendor onboarding and management
- Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functions
- Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, delivery-driven environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale staff augmentation programs
- Familiarity with procurement, invoicing, and compliance processes
- Exposure to tools such as ERP, vendor management systems, or procurement platforms
