We are looking for a detail-oriented Research & Data Validation Analyst to support internal data operations and structured research workflows. This is an entry-level role suited for candidates who are comfortable working with data, following defined processes, and ensuring accuracy across repetitive tasks.
The role involves validating information from multiple sources, checking data consistency, updating internal systems, and maintaining accurate records as per predefined guidelines. You will work closely with team leads to flag discrepancies, acorrect errors, and ensure high-quality data output within agreed timelines.
Success in this role depends on attention to detail, discipline, and the ability to work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate and verify data accuracy across structured datasets
- Perform basic research using provided sources and tools
- Cross-check information for completeness and consistency
- Update internal dashboards, trackers, and spreadsheets
- Flag data gaps, errors, or inconsistencies to the team lead
- Follow defined workflows and quality standards strictly
Requirements:
- Graduate or final-year student (any discipline)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, web tools)
- Ability to follow instructions and repeat processes consistently
- Good reading comprehension in English
