Designation: Business Analyst

Client : IDEXCEL Technologies, Full Time Position

Experience: 4+ Years

Notice Period: immediate to 15 Days

Work Mode: Work From Office( 5 Days in a week)

Work Location: Ameerpet, Hyd.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 to 12+ years of Product Management experience in Banking, FinTech, Cards, Lending, Onboarding, or Core/Payment systems.
• Strong understanding of credit card lifecycle, including origination, underwriting, booking, servicing, and dispute/regulatory requirements.
• Experience with credit underwriting and decisioning logic, income/employment verification, credit bureau integrations, and KYC/AML.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for credit cards: Reg B, Reg Z, FCRA, ECOA, UDAAP, Truth in Lending, Fair Credit Billing Act.
• Experience with configurable workflow/journey builders, decision engines, or low-code automation platforms.
• Ability to write high-quality requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with banking-level precision.
• Strong technical acumen, working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and core system/data flows.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with Agentic AI or AI-driven underwriting and onboarding automation.
• Experience integrating with card processors (e.g., FIS, Fiserv, TSYS, Marqeta, Galileo).
• Prior experience with deposit onboarding, cross-sell journeys, or multi-product decisioning.
