Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound voice calls for international customers
  • Resolve customer queries related to products/services efficiently
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and call quality
  • Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Adhere to process guidelines, compliance, and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in rotational/night shifts
  • Customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
  • Freshers or candidates with prior international BPO experience can apply
