Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive Receivables & Back Office to support our international clients. The role involves managing accounts receivable processes, back-office accounting tasks, and coordination with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling Accounts Receivable (AR) functions including invoicing, billing, and collections
- Monitoring customer accounts and ensuring timely follow-ups on email
- Performing back-office accounting operations and data management
- Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies
- Preparing AR ageing reports and MIS reports
- Coordinating with international clients via email and calls
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes and client requirements
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in AR or accounting back office
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply
