About Us
Aisle is a high-intent dating app, the wise middle path between casual dating and matrimony apps. We
rank 3rd among the top-grossing dating apps in India after Tinder & Bumble. Aisle has more success
stories per 1000 users than any other dating app in India. We released India's first vernacular dating
apps, Arike, which is exclusively designed for Malayalees, Anbe for Tamilians residing within and outside
the country, and Neetho for Telugu speaking audience and 'Neene' for Kannada speaking audience. As
of March 2022, Aisle is a part of InfoEdge, one of the largest tech public companies in India.
What Youll Do
Work closely with the Product, Business, and Brand teams to craft emotionally engaging user
journeys
Design interfaces that feel intuitive, responsive, and delightful , with a pulse on social media
behavior, cultural nuances, and emerging tech
Use your knowledge of gamification and consumer psychology to drive deeper engagement and
retention Translate ideas into UX specs, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes
Lead interaction design, visual aesthetics, and micro-animations to bring our brand personality to
life
Use AI tools to enhance scale, speed up iterations, and personalize experiences
Run usability tests, gather insights, and iterate continuously based on data and feedback
Stay ahead of design trends, social media UX patterns, and AI design tools to shape the next
generation of romantic digital experiences
What Were Looking For 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design for B2C products, social platforms or gamified apps
Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and mobile-first design thinking
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and tools across the Adobe Creative Suite
Demonstrated ability to design interactive flows, rapid prototypes, and conduct user testing
Deep curiosity about consumer behavior, digital relationship psychology, and what makes people
stay
A builders mindset, ability to operate independently, take ownership, and push creative
boundaries Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for usability, consistency, and visual harmony
Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
