Job Description for Senior Software Analyst at SOFTTEK INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED: We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Analyst to join our dynamic team at SOFTTEK INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and analysis, capable of overseeing and improving software systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure that software projects meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing software systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement software solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and company standards.
- Conduct rigorous testing of software applications to ensure quality and functionality before deployment.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to advance the companys software capabilities. Skills and Tools Required:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Strong experience with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Experience with software testing tools and frameworks is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Data Engineer:
- 4+ years of ETL experience
- Clover is a must
- Data Bricks is nice to have (b/c we aren't sure whether we'll get beyond Clover day to day)
- Strong SQL experience
- Strong API consumer experience
- SOAP (at least a small amount of experience preferred)
