Job Description

Objective
Use statistical analysis and predictive modelling to identify leading indicators and build forecasting models for business outcomes (e.g., revenue).

Core Skills Were Hiring For

• Predictive modelling & forecasting (time-series, regression, lag-based models)
• Strong statistical reasoning (leadlag analysis, incremental predictive value)
• Ability to determine which variables improve predictions beyond historical trends
• Model validation, comparison, and performance evaluation
• Translating models into clear, business-relevant insights

What Youll Do

• Identify leading indicators and their time horizons
• Quantify how predictors contribute to future outcomes
• Build and compare:
• History-only prediction models
• Indicator-driven prediction models
• Recommend the most reliable forecasting approach

Technical Foundation

• Python or R
• Statistics, ML Modelling
• Hands-on experience building and validating predictive models
