Job Role: HR Recruiter (BPO + Healthcare Hiring)

Open Positions:

HR Recruiter Full Time (Fresher)

2 to 3 months experience in international voice process will be considered

Salary: 15,000-18,000(Plus upto 10k incentives based on performance)

HR Recruiter Experienced (BPO & Healthcare Hiring)

Salary: Up to 25,000/month (Plus upto 10k incentives based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for BPO & Healthcare positions

Sourcing candidates from Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, References etc.

Screening profiles & scheduling interviews

Follow-ups and coordination till joining

Maintaining daily recruitment reports

Requirements:

Only Female Candidates

Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

Basic knowledge of recruitment process

Experience in BPO/Healthcare hiring preferred (for experienced role)

Immediate joiners only

Shift & Working Days:

Day Shift Only

6 Days Working
