Job Title: SAP BTP Developer RAP

Experience: 5 to 9 years

Locations: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP Developer with strong expertise in ABAP Cloud, RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model), and SAP Business Technology Platform. The ideal candidate should be handson with building cloud-ready extensions, OData V4 services, and scalable solutions on SAP BTP.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using SAP BTP ABAP Environment

Design and implement business objects using RAP (Behavior Definitions, Implementations)

Build and expose OData V4 services for Fiori and integration use cases

Create and optimize CDS views, annotations, and data models

Work on clean core extensibility for SAP S/4HANA

Collaborate with functional teams and architects to understand business requirements

Ensure code quality, performance tuning, and adherence to SAP best practices

Support deployment, troubleshooting, and production fixes on BTP

Required Skills

59 years of experience in ABAP / ABAP Cloud

Strong hands-on experience with RAP (BDEF, BIMP, Draft handling)

Expertise in CDS Views, Annotations, OData V4

Good understanding of SAP BTP services, repositories, transport processes

Experience with Fiori elements is an advantage

Knowledge of event-based extensions and clean core principles

Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
