Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations in partnership with the Recruitment Team and Business Stakeholders.
  
• Ensure accurate maintenance and regular updation of employee records in HRMS.
  
• Conduct welcome calls for offered candidates to align expectations and ensure joining readiness.
  
• Connect with new employees during their early tenure to capture feedback and drive actionable insights.
  
• Communicate company policies and procedures to promote a positive and compliant work environment.
  
• Address employee queries, resolve concerns, and escalate issues through proper ticketing mechanisms when required.
  
• Share employee feedback insights and reports with relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.
  
• Conduct personal and professional reference checks for all new hires.

Preferred candidate profile

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience into HR operations
• MBA HR with minimum 80% in 10th and 12th respectively
