Job Description

Education Qualification: Any graduation or related field or higher with minimum 6 years of relevant experience.Position Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Power BI Tech Lead with proven expertise in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years of experience in BI and data analytics, with a strong track record of delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.
This leadership role combines hands-on technical development, team management, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring that BI initiatives effectively support critical business decisions.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end development of interactive Power BI dashboards and data models.

Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful BI solutions.

Design and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes for seamless data integration.

Build and maintain SSRS and Report Builder reports for enterprise-wide reporting needs.

Ensure data accuracy, security, performance, and scalability across all BI deliverables.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to BI developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.

Stay current with emerging BI technologies and recommend improvements to reporting architecture.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:Must to have Skills-6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Reporting.

Strong understanding of data models, attributes, and regulatory requirements.

Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, RLS, performance tuning).

Advanced hands-on experience in SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, performance optimization).

Proven expertise in SSRS and Report Builder.

Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL workflows.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Prior experience in leading or mentoring BI teams.

Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and data governance.

Experience managing global, multi-stakeholder BI programs.

Ability to implement automation, monitoring, and explore ML/AI integration for reporting enhancements.Technical Skills

Python Automation Scripting: Mandatory skill. Candidates without Python scripting experience will not be considered.
