Job Description

Role Summary: Lead all kitchen operations to deliver high-quality food, consistency, and cost-effective culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan menus and ensure food quality, taste, and presentation
• Manage kitchen operations, manpower, and hygiene standards
• Control food costs, inventory, and wastage
• Ensure food safety, statutory, and hygiene compliance
• Train, mentor, and lead kitchen team
• Coordinate with F&B and procurement teams

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management
• 10+ years experience in professional kitchens
• Strong leadership, menu planning, and cost control skills
• Proficient in MS Office, P&L Management & MIS.
