United Techno is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to oversee the technical aspects of our Salesforce implementation and development projects. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. Should be very proficient in Salesforce - sales cloud, marketing cloud, pardot, health cloud, FSL, etcKey Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce applications and solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Ensure best practices in coding, design, and deployment are followed within the team
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical guidance and support
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce environments
- Oversee integration between Salesforce and other systems
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, evaluating their potential application within the organization Skills and Tools Required:
- Extensive experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model
- Proficiency in integration tools such as Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce configuration and customization
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, are preferred
- Experience with version control tools like Git
