Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to support organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization in the software development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Configuration.

Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.

Experience with integration of Oracle Siebel with other enterprise applications.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.

Familiarity with Agile development practices and project management tools. Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Siebel Configuration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.Qualification 15 years full time education
