Role: Sales Officer Smart Home Solutions

Your Mission (What Youll Do)

As a key player in our secondary sales strategy, you will be the bridge between our Light Hubs and the people who need them most.

  • Network & Influence: Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects and Interior Designers to get our products specified in new projects.
  • Lead Generation: Be a "hunter"utilize cold calling and field visits to identify new construction projects and high-potential leads.
  • End-to-End Sales: Own the customer journey, from providing expert lighting solutions to closing the final sale through consistent follow-ups.
  • Digital Reporting: Use the Field Assist mobile app to log leads, manage accounts, and track your daily wins in real-time.
  • Growth Driver: Directly impact the revenue growth of your assigned territory

Required skills


  • Educated & Eager: 10+2+Diploma / Any Degree /MBA
  • Experienced (Building material sales): Whether you are a fresh graduate with high "hustle" or have 2 years of sales experience, we want to hear from you.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile apps for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Communicator: You can speak the language of designers and homeowners alike, turning technical specs into lifestyle benefits.
