Job Description

Designation: Analyst/Senior Analyst(HR Separation)
Shift timing:12pm 9 pm
Location: Airoli Navi Mumbai
Working mode: WFO - Monday to Friday
Preference : Male candidates

Key Responsibilities:

Manage separation workflows including exit formalities, documentation, and system updates.
Coordinate with stakeholders for clearance, final settlement, and exit interviews.
Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
Provide support for HR operational tasks such as data management, reporting, and query resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth process execution and employee experience.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (preferred).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).
6 months to 1 year of experience in HR operations or related roles.
