Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description:-

The role involves recruiting, onboarding, and managing a team of agents, providing them with regular training and support to meet sales targets, and developing relationships to expand the agency channel.
The individual will drive business growth and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators through strategic planning and execution.
Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Team Management, and Business Development.
Experience in Sales and Channel Development with a proven ability to achieve revenue targets.
Excellent skills in Training, Coaching, and Leadership to mentor and support the team of agents effectively.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain client relationships and network within the organization.
Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
