Experience: 2-4 Years
Employment Type: 5-6 Contract

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist / Recruiter to identify, engage, and build pipelines of qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles. This role focuses on proactive sourcing, market mapping, and delivering high-quality talent through various recruitment channels.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and referrals
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
Track and manage candidates in ATS systems
Support end-to-end recruitment activities as needed

Required Skills

Experience in candidate sourcing or recruiting
Strong knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing techniques
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools

Nice to Have

Experience sourcing technical roles
Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
