    Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team, focusing exclusively on the B2B & B2C. The ideal candidate will have over 3+ years of experience in business development, a strong network with academic institutions and corporates, and the ability to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth. This role is primarily field-based, requiring frequent visits to Engineering colleges, nonengineering colleges, and corporate organisations to promote our offerings.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Market Research and Strategy Development: o Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities within the academic sector. o Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase market share and revenue. o Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential challenges.

    2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: o Identify and target potential clients in Engineering Colleges, NonEngineering Colleges, and Schools. o Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in academic institutions. o Present and promote our products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value.

    3. Field Visits and Networking: o Conduct regular field visits to academic institutions to establish and strengthen relationships. o Participate in academic events, conferences, and seminars to network and promote our offerings. o Leverage existing contacts and networks to generate leads and new business opportunities.

    4. Sales and Revenue Generation: o Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the organization. o Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. o Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the organization.

    5. Client Support and Follow-up: o Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. o Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and maintain regular follow-up to foster long-term relationships.

    6. Reporting and Documentation: o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. o Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback for management review. o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    Experience: Minimum 3+ years in business development, preferably within the academic sector. Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, or a related field Skills: o Strong network of contacts within academic institutions. o Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. o Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. o Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. o Strong organizational and time management skills. o Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
