Presales LeadWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Presales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The role involves handling inbound leads, engaging with prospective clients, and converting inquiries into successful site visits. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective customers
Explain real estate projects, features, amenities, and pricing
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information
Follow up with leads and maintain continuous engagement
Convert inquiries into qualified prospects and schedule site visits
Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce preferred)
Achieve weekly and monthly targets
Coordinate with sales and site teams for smooth customer experience
Deliver excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally
Eligibility & Skills
05 years of experience in Presales / Inside Sales / Real Estate
Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply
Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge; CRM experience is an advantage
Target-driven and customer-oriented mindset
