Job Overview:
We are hiring Collection Support Executives in bulk as part of an ongoing expansion plan. The role involves handling customer interactions for loan and credit card collections, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining compliance with defined collection processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound and inbound calls related to loan and credit card collections
Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments
Negotiate payment timelines in accordance with company policies
Explain outstanding balances, repayment options, and resolve customer concerns
Ensure adherence to collection processes, regulatory guidelines, and call quality standards
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments
Achieve daily productivity and performance benchmarks
Coordinate with internal teams for case resolution when required
Required Skills & Experience:
Prior experience in Collections / Tele-calling / Sales / Customer Support
Strong preference for candidates with experience in:
Banks, NBFCs, or Collection Agencies
Handling loan or credit card collections
Good understanding of end-to-end collection processes
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle customer objections professionally
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
Experience & Salary Structure (Strictly Adhered To)
0-1 Year Experience : 18,000 - 22,000 per month
1-2 Years Experience : 22,000 - 27,000 per month
2-3 Years Experience : 27,000 - 32,000 per month
Salary Details:
Fixed salary structure
1% TDS deduction applicable
No Provident Fund (PF)
No performance-based incentives
Candidates with more than 3 years of experience will not be considered
For candidates currently earning incentives, the average in-hand salary of the last 3 months will be evaluated to determine the offer within the applicable bracket

6 days working
9-hour shift: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Age: Below 30 years
Education:
10th & 12th: Minimum 50% marks (Mandatory)
