Job Description

    As a Recruiter at 2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve handling end-to-end recruitment processes. This includes tasks such as sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new hires. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates, understanding job requirements, and ensuring efficient hiring processes. Additionally, you will manage candidate databases, utilize recruitment tools, and support the team in meeting client demands effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and professional networks - A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory - Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing is an added advantage Qualifications Required: - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and professional networks - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, but not mandatory - Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing is advantageous As a Recruiter at 2COMS Consulting Pvt.
