Job Description

Job Title: Supervisor

Industry: Engineering | Electrical & Mechanical Services

Job Location: Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Supervisor to manage site/workshop operations and oversee technicians and workers. The role involves coordinating daily activities, monitoring work progress, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Candidates with hands-on technical exposure and leadership ability will be preferred.

Qualification

ITI or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

Experience

1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred
Freshers with strong technical knowledge and supervisory potential may also apply

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site or workshop activities
Manage and coordinate technicians and workers for smooth operations
Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed within timelines
Ensure compliance with safety norms and quality standards
Support installation, maintenance, and technical activities as required
Prepare and submit daily work progress reports to the senior team
Ensure proper use and handling of tools, materials, and equipment

Skills & Requirements

Basic technical knowledge with supervisory capability
Ability to manage manpower and allocate tasks efficiently
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Strong focus on safety, discipline, and responsibility
Willingness to work on-site

Salary & Benefits
