Job Description
Key Skills: C++, Linux, RTOS, Embedded C++, Embedded C
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and support embedded systems architecture in a real-time, RTOS environment.
- Develop and maintain firmware in C/C++ for embedded systems.
- Program various peripheral interfaces including UART, I2C, SPI, External Memory, and ADCs.
- Conduct root cause analysis and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to address customer needs post-release.
- Follow and continuously improve software development and validation processes.
- Utilize Matlab/Python for prototyping and algorithm development.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for products and business.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in firmware development using C and C++.
- Experience working on embedded systems in Linux and RTOS environments.
- Good understanding of embedded system architecture and real-time systems.
- Hands-on experience with peripheral interfaces such as UART, I2C, SPI, ADCs, and external memory.
- Ability to perform debugging, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
- Basic experience using Matlab or Python for prototyping and algorithm development.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
