 Senior Talent Management Manager

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Organisational Development & Succession Planning: Design and execute development programs. Conduct Assessment Centres. Identify high-potential employees and create Individual Development Plans (IDPs). Drive succession planning for critical roles.
  • Talent to Value: Drive initiatives with President HR
  • Leadership Development: Define leadership development programs for critical executive roles. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization. Enable a culture of mentoring and coaching. Develop and implement strategies to drive and promote a positive workplace culture and engagement.
  • Reward & Recognition: Manage existing R&R programs, prepare annual budgets, and develop new initiatives based on organizational needs.
  • Employee Engagement: Conduct surveys, analyse data, create action plans interventions, and prepare & manage engagement budgets. Conduct employee engagement activities at HO.
  • Employee Wellness: Design and implement wellness programs to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
  • Culture: Drive culture assimilation programs amongst employees. Reinforce Vision, Mission, and Values through communication, programs, and leadership alignment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and functional heads to align transformation goals with business strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 12-15 Years of Talent Management (preferably from Pharma sector) experience based at corporate office with a workforce of 5000+ employees.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR, Organization Development, or related field preferred.
  • Must have done stake holder management at a leadership level.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to create and implement frameworks for talent development and organizational growth.
  • Expertise in driving initiatives that enhance engagement and reinforce organizational values.
  • Capability to support and lead change initiatives for cultural and structural transformation.
  • Use data-driven insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Align talent and OD initiatives with business priorities.
  • Comfortable working in an IT enabled environment. Good Knowledge of SAP SF, HRMS Systems.
