Your Role

Total Experience Required Overall -9-12 Years Only.

Location: Bangalore Only

Provide leadership, direction, and team alignment , fostering collaboration and a shared vision across teams.
Mentor teams in technology, architecture, and application delivery while ensuring a high standard of execution.
Drive operational improvements, transformation programs , and enforce effective processes and controls.
Manage time effectively, remain adaptable and creative, and ensure successful project delivery in AMS/development environments.
Willingness to travel to client/project sites , demonstrating professionalism and stakeholder engagement.

Your Profile

Techno-functional expertise in SAP/ERP/Oracle/Custom Applications with strong problemsolving and risk/issue management.
Experience in project leadership , business case justification, Agile/Scrum delivery; Scrum Master (mandatory) and PMP (desired).
Strong capabilities in program planning , SOW creation, financials (budget/P&L), and highvalue solution deployment.
Proven ability to lead multiple Scrum teams , drive operational excellence, automation, tools implementation, and quality governance.
Excellent communication, ability to present technology POVs, mentor teams, stay updated with trends; strong MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, ServiceNow preferred.
