Role & responsibilities
1. Duty Roster, Attendance & Leave Management
Prepare and communicate duty rosters fortnightly for all ambulance locations.
Ensure daily attendance updation.
Manage leave records; obtain Program Manager approval for long leaves (3 days or more) and update AO.
2. Operations & Compliance Oversight
Ensure smooth functioning of ambulance stations.
Maintain and monitor essential operational records (attendance, trip sheets, log books, stock, patient data).
Review audit non-conformities and ensure timely closure.
3. Disciplinary & Workforce Control
Investigate incidents requiring disciplinary action.
Issue warning letters as per policy and maintain disciplinary action records.
Coordinate intra-district/divisional transfers with Program Manager approval and inform AO.
4. Associate Welfare & Support
Track employee pay slips, health cards, medical claims, and vaccination compliance.
5. Quality & Performance Monitoring
Monitor pre-hospital care quality, PCR documentation, and case closure progress.
Provide structured feedback to EMTs and report key observations to Program Manager.
6. Indent & Inventory Management
Raise, distribute, and follow up indents for medicines, consumables, marketing material, uniforms, fleet equipment, and VoICE materials.
7. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare periodic reports on ambulance visits, performance, demos, and volunteer enrollment.
8. Planning & Review
Submit monthly tour plans to Program Manager
Coordinate and support divisional-level review meetings.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate should be willing to work anywhere in Chhattisgarh State
