Role Summary: Handling international chat support and sales for global clients. Experienced in technical troubleshooting and achieving sales targets in a 24/7 fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

International Chat: Managed 23 simultaneous live chats for US/UK customers with high accuracy.
Tech Support & Sales: Resolved L1 technical issues and consistently met monthly upselling/sales targets.
Shift Performance: Successfully worked in24/7 rotational night shifts with a 100% attendance record.
Operational Model: Worked in a5-day WFO (Work from Office) setup with 2 days rotational off.

Technical Skills:

Typing Speed: 40 WPM (Words Per Minute) with 98% accuracy.
Tools: CRM (Salesforce/Zendesk), MS Office, and basic tech troubleshooting.
Etiquette: Expertise in professional chat etiquette and written English.

Key Perks Handled:

Used2-way cab facility for night shift commutes.
Managed performance metrics like AHT (Average Handle Time) and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction)
