Good mathematical calculation and BPO calling experience polished candidate

Note: No working gaps more than 6 month

Job Profile / Responsibilities:

1. Outbound calling to potential customers for Kotak 811 (general insurance, insurance, Any Banking Product)
2. Explaining Kotak 811 features, benefits & digital banking services
3. Lead generation and customer acquisition
4. Achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
5. Maintaining customer data and follow-ups

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed salary + attractive incentives
Salary: 450,000 CTC depends on interview (plus up to 35k incentives monthly)
9.30am6.30pm fixed shift
6 weekoffs in a month (4 Sundays & 2 Saturdays)
Performance-based growth opportunities
On-roll/banking process exposure
Training provided
Immediate joiners preferred
