We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven Content Moderator to join our Trust & Safety team in a fast-paced digital environment. This role is responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies, community guidelines, and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong Judgment, consistency, and the ability to handle sensitive material while maintaining high accuracy and productivity standards.


Role & responsibilities

  • Manage a queue of user-generated content to ensure timely review and compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
  • Review, evaluate, and moderate text, image, audio, and video content; take appropriate action such as approve, remove, label, or escalate content in accordance with moderation standards.
  • Perform in-depth analysis and research on flagged, ambiguous, or high-risk content to ensure accurate moderation decisions.
  • Match moderation decisions with supporting policy documentation and internal guidelines to ensure consistency and audit readiness.
  • Monitor moderation dashboards, queues, and internal communication channels for incoming content requiring review or escalation.
  • Prepare detailed, accurate, and well-organized moderation reports, case notes, and quality logs for internal stakeholders and audit purposes.
  • Assist with responding to internal or external requests related to content reviews, policy clarifications, and moderation outcomes. Provide professional and policy-driven support to all stakeholders.
  • Proactively communicate with internal teams via tickets, email, or collaboration tools to resolve escalations, appeals, or repeat policy violations
  • Process escalations involving sensitive content categories such as abuse, fraud, misinformation, or policy-restricted material in accordance with established workflows.
  • Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and support regular quality reviews to improve moderation accuracy and platform safety.

Preferred candidate profile

  • A graduate with 1 year of experience in Content Moderation can apply.
  • Should be aware of Policy Interpretation, Context Analysis, and Trust and Safety Policies.
  • Strong English-Speaking Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including preparing and formatting customer-facing statements (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables a plus)
  • Comfortable leading virtual meetings with customers and internal teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with professional and customer-focused demeanour.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
