Job Description

Job Title: Analytics Lead (MIS & CRM Analytics)

Experience: 1-4 years

Team: CRM & Escalations

Role Overview

We are looking for an Analytics Lead to support the CRM and escalations team through MIS reporting, dashboard management, and ad-hoc business analysis. This role focuses on data accuracy, reporting ownership, and stakeholder support rather than advanced automation or modeling.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Build and publish dashboards on Tableau for CRM and escalation metrics
Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business and operations teams
Track key metrics such as CSAT, SLAs, productivity, and performance
Clean, validate, and reconcile data to ensure reporting accuracy
Own end-to-end reporting processes and data consistency
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on reporting needs

Required Skills

Working knowledge of MySQL
Basic Python for data handling and analysis
Hands-on experience with Tableau
Strong Excel skills for reporting
Understanding of CRM or customer operations data

Good to Have

Prior experience in MIS / reporting / operations analytics
Exposure to CRM, customer support, or escalation metrics
Comfortable working in a semi-manual reporting environment
