ADP India is hiring Client Success Executive !

Role & responsibilities


  • The role serves as the business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction, client retention and the overall Net Promoter Score.
  • Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
  • Manage and expand client relationships continual needs assessment relationship plan
  • Gain enough knowledge of their business requirements to be able to make recommendations as to best working practices or cost saving procedures

Preferred candidate profile


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under changing conditions.
