Job Description

ADP India is hiring Client Success Executive !

Role & responsibilities

The role serves as the business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction, client retention and the overall Net Promoter Score.
Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
Manage and expand client relationships continual needs assessment relationship plan
Gain enough knowledge of their business requirements to be able to make recommendations as to best working practices or cost saving procedures

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under changing conditions.
