Payment Solution ArchitectPosition Title: Cards & Payments Solution Architect Location: Pune/ Bangalore / Hyderabad/Chennai / Kolkata Experience Range: 15-20 Years
Detailed Job Description
1. Looking for a Solution Architect in Cards & Payments (C&P) domain who brings a blend of strong technical expertise combined with deep C&P industry knowledge.
2. The candidate needs to be a strategic thinker with expertise and ambition to adopt emerging technology to build commercially viable solutions to address gaps & white spaces in the C&P domain
3. 15 20 years of experience in the C&P industry or IT services industry with focus on C&P / financial services verticals
Strong domain understanding across C&P Value chain Issuers, Acquirers, Networks, CMS, Loyalty & Rewards, Messaging Standards, Security Standards, Transaction processing, Payment rails of atleast North America, South Africa, UK, SEPA etc.
Constant up to date knowledge of the latest trends in the C&P Industry and emergence of FinTech ecosystem
4. Candidate should have work experience with C&P Industry COTS products like Vision Plus, GPP, Volante, ACH, Finzly etc.
5. Proven track record of building commercially viable C&P industry solutions covering MACH principles - Micro services, APIs. Cloud, and headless Architecture
Candidate should have led Architecture definition & Solution Design and overseen end to end implementation programs
Candidate should be able to define tech stack for a proposed solution and also lead the effort estimation
Be able to work with multiple technical teams and drive the solution development
Candidate should be well versed with emerging trends and technologies in the AI space and experience of building a GenAI based solution is a big plus. AI
5+ years of hands-on experience with target operating model definition, business case creation, program roadmap definition and organization change management
6. Stakeholder management including hands-on experience interacting with the C Suite (both business and technology) is mandatory
7. Presentation skills with crisp and clear articulation of the solution are a must
8. Must have experience of working with clients across multiple regions USA, UK, Europe in a global delivery setup etc.
