Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for an IAM Data Analyst with strong Power BI expertise to support identity governance, improve Password & MFA compliance, and deliver actionable security insights.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze IAM data from Azure AD/Active Directory and identify risks, anomalies, and noncompliance.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for MFA adoption, password policy compliance, privileged access, and user lifecycle metrics.
Track and report compliance with password policies and MFA enforcement; highlight gaps and drive remediation.
Support audits by preparing identity compliance reports and evidence.
Improve IAM processes by identifying data trends and recommending security enhancements.
Collaborate with Security, IT Operations, and Compliance teams to strengthen access governance.

Required Skills

Experience in IAM, Power BI, and security data analysis.
Good understanding of Password Policy, MFA, and authentication methods.
Handson experience with Azure AD / Active Directory.
Strong analytical skills; ability to convert raw identity data into actionable insights.
Knowledge of SQL, Excel, or scripting (PowerShell/Python is a plus).
